- Customer behaviour
- Revenue generation
- Profitability
- Business outcomes
2. No Guarantee of Results
AdsNet provides tools intended to improve lead generation opportunities.
However, AdsNet does not guarantee:

- Customers
- Revenue
- Business growth
- Lead volumes
- Advertising performance
- Return on advertising spend
- Conversion rates
- Search rankings
Performance depends on numerous factors beyond AdsNet’s control, including:

- Verification
- Endorsement
AdsNet does not guarantee the quality, legality, reliability or suitability of any advertiser or business using the platform.
5. Customer Transactions
AdsNet is not involved in transactions between businesses and customers.
AdsNet does not:
- Process customer payments
- Negotiate agreements
- Verify services
- Verify customer intentions
- Guarantee outcomes
All dealings occur directly between the advertiser and the customer.
Both parties must exercise appropriate caution, due diligence and independent judgment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsNet shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of profits
- Loss of opportunities
- Business interruption
- Advertising losses
- Customer disputes
- Reputational damage
- Consequential damages
- Indirect damages
- Data loss
- Service interruptions caused by third parties
The user’s sole remedy is discontinuation of the service.

Users are solely responsible for:

- Business representations
- Customer interactions
- Compliance with laws
- Advertising compliance
- Tax obligations
- Service delivery
- Customer support
- Commercial decisions
AdsNet does not assume responsibility for user conduct or business activities.
8. Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
