Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: [09 June 2026]
1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, subscription termination, once-off setup fees, managed packages, self-hosted services and advertising-related payments are handled by AdsNet.
This Policy should be read together with the AdsNet Terms of Use.
2. General Position
AdsNet provides digital services, hosted landing page services, campaign preparation services, support services, self-hosted setup services and related lead generation tools.
Because many AdsNet services involve labour, configuration, digital setup, account preparation, landing page creation, campaign drafting and platform access, not all payments are refundable.
3. Managed Monthly Packages
Managed monthly packages are billed on a month-to-month rental and service access basis.
Managed packages may include:
- AdsNet-hosted landing pages
- Dashboard access
- Lead capture tools
- Campaign draft tools
- Support ticket access
- Reports or activity tracking where available
A Client may cancel a managed monthly package by following the cancellation process provided by AdsNet.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.
4. No Ownership Through Managed Subscriptions
Payments for managed monthly packages do not transfer ownership of AdsNet-hosted landing pages, AdsNet URLs, AdsNet hosting infrastructure, AdsNet templates or AdsNet platform resources.
A managed package is a rental and access arrangement for the duration of the active subscription.
If the subscription is cancelled, suspended or unpaid, AdsNet may suspend, archive or remove hosted resources.
5. Once-Off Self-Hosted Setup Fees
Once-off self-hosted setup fees cover setup work, configuration, deployment, campaign preparation and related labour.
Once work has started, once-off setup fees are generally non-refundable unless AdsNet decides otherwise in writing.
Self-hosted setup fees may include:
- Landing page setup
- Campaign structure preparation
- Basic deployment assistance
- Google or Facebook campaign setup guidance
- Configuration work
6. Custom Work and Manual Services
Custom work, technical setup, deployment, account configuration, campaign preparation, design changes, troubleshooting, migration and manual service work are generally non-refundable once started.
This is because time, labour and resources are consumed even if the Client later changes their mind.
7. Advertising Spend
Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta/Facebook or any third-party advertising platform is not paid to AdsNet unless specifically stated.
AdsNet does not refund third-party advertising spend.
The Client is responsible for:
- Advertising budgets
- Ad spend approvals
- Payment methods linked to ad accounts
- Campaign budget decisions
- Campaign pauses or continuation
AdsNet is not liable for ad spend used by third-party advertising platforms.
8. No Guarantee of Leads, Sales or Revenue
Refunds will not be granted merely because a Client did not receive the number of leads, customers, sales, calls or enquiries expected.
AdsNet does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Customer conversions
- Customer quality
- Revenue
- Profit
- Number of leads
- Ad clicks
- Conversion rates
AdsNet’s obligation is to provide the agreed service, setup or platform access.
9. Billing Errors
If a Client believes they were billed incorrectly, they must notify AdsNet as soon as possible.
AdsNet may investigate and, where a genuine billing error is confirmed, issue a correction, credit or refund at its discretion.
10. Direct Marketing Cooling-Off
Where a transaction legally qualifies as a direct marketing transaction under applicable consumer law, the Client may have statutory cancellation rights.
AdsNet will comply with applicable legal requirements where such rights apply.
This does not automatically apply to all online purchases, renewals, custom services, business-to-business services or services requested directly by the Client.
11. Package Downgrades and Upgrades
Clients may request package upgrades or downgrades where available.
Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the package and payment system.
Downgrades may reduce access to:
- Landing pages
- Campaign tools
- Reports
- Support levels
- Hosted resources
AdsNet may require removal, suspension or limitation of resources that exceed the downgraded package.
12. Late Payment and Suspension
If payment fails or remains unpaid, AdsNet may:
- Suspend dashboard access
- Suspend landing pages
- Pause support access
- Restrict campaign tools
- Archive resources
- Terminate the account after reasonable notice
Suspension due to non-payment does not automatically cancel outstanding amounts.
13. Chargebacks
Clients must contact AdsNet before initiating chargebacks.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Recovery action
- Additional administrative fees
- Termination of services
14. Refund Method
Approved refunds will usually be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund timelines may depend on banks, payment gateways or third-party processors.
Our detailed refund process and eligibility is outlined in Refund Requests, Eligibility and Payment Processing
15. Service Termination by AdsNet
AdsNet may terminate or suspend services where:
- Terms are breached
- Fraud is suspected
- Illegal activity is suspected
- Payment is not received
- The Client abuses the platform
- The Client submits unlawful or misleading content
- Continued service creates legal, reputational or security risk
Refunds in such cases are at AdsNet’s discretion.
16. How to Request Cancellation or Refund Review
Clients must submit cancellation or refund requests through official AdsNet support channels.
A request should include:
- Account name
- Package name
- Reason for request
- Invoice or transaction reference
- Requested action
AdsNet may request additional information before making a decision.
17. Final Decision
Unless required otherwise by law, AdsNet reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds, credits, service extensions or account adjustments.
